Yankees | Mark Teixeira update

New York Yankees 1B Mark Teixeira (calf) can't do any baseball-related activities at the moment, and he'll be out anywhere from "seven, eight to 15 days." Manager Joe Girardi said Teixeira would be put on the disabled list if it weren't for rosters expanding this weekend. Teixeira is optimistic he'll be able to return sooner than later. OF Nick Swisher is starting at first base Tuesday, Aug. 28.
