Athletics | Travis Blackley unlikely to stay in rotation

Oakland Athletics SP Travis Blackley isn't expected to stay in the starting rotation with SPs A.J. Griffin (shoulder) and Dan Straily expected to rejoin the team soon. Straily can return Thursday, Aug. 30. Griffin allowed a run and three hits in five innings in a rehab start for Triple-A Sacramento Monday, Aug. 27, and he's expected to return Saturday, Sept. 1.
