Cardinals | William Powell to start preseason finale

Arizona Cardinals RB William Powell will draw the start in the preseason finale Thursday, Aug. 30, against the Denver Broncos. Head coach Ken Whisenhunt indicated it was a chance for Powell to get a chance to face better competition on the defensive side of the ball.
