Bills | Tarvaris Jackson deal complete

The Buffalo Bills have reached an agreement with QB Tarvaris Jackson, according to a person familiar with the deal. The person said a deal to restructure the final year of Jackson's contract was reached early Monday, Aug. 27, and that the quarterback was already traveling to Buffalo.
