Panthers | X-rays negative for Jonathan Stewart

Updating a previous report, Carolina Panthers RB Jonathan Stewart (ankle) had X-rays Sunday, Aug. 26, and they were negative. Stewart was on crutches after the game, and he is not expected to play in the preseason finale Thursday, Aug. 30, against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
