Pirates | Chad Qualls placed on disabled list

The Pittsburgh Pirates have placed RP Chad Qualls (toe) on the 15-day disabled list because of irritation in his left big toe. In a corresponding move, RP Hisanori Takahashi was added to the 25-man roster.
