Nationals | Lucas Giolito to have surgery

Washington Nationals P Lucas Giolito (elbow), the team's first-round draft pick this year, will have Tommy John surgery after receiving a second opinion from Dr. Lewis Yocum. The Nats selected him with the 16th overall selection knowing this was a possibility.
