Phillies | Freddy Galvis to play in instructional league

Philadelphia Phillies 2B Freddy Galvis (back) did some running and hitting Thursday, Aug. 23, and he is expected to report to the instructional league and play in games around Sept. 15. He'll also play shortstop in the Venezuelan Winter League. Galvis was in a back brace for six weeks and lost considerable weight.
