NFL | Andre Carter not healthy yet

Free-agent DE Andre Carter (quadriceps) has worked out for the St. Louis Rams and Oakland Raiders and has had negotiations with the New England Patriots but has not signed with anyone because he still lacks burst and explosion. It is believed he is not close to play in a game.
