NFL | No changes to trade deadline, IR

The NFL Players Association did not approve rule changes that would have moved the trade deadline from Week 6 to Week 8 and would have allowed to reinstate one player from Injured Reserve during the season. The NFL owners approved the proposals during their meetings in May but needed NFLPA approval.
