Updating a previous report, Washington Redskins head coach Mike Shanahan said RB Roy Helu (Achilles') did not do much in practice Wednesday, Aug. 22. "He didn't do too much today. A little bit, but not a lot," Shanahan said. RB Tim Hightower (knee) practiced with the scout team and did more.
