Twins | Denard Span doesn't have MRI

Minnesota Twins OF Denard Span (collarbone, shoulder) didn't get an MRI exam Tuesday, Aug. 21, because he was claustrophobic. He did take batting practice for the first time since his injury, though, and is expected to rehab without having an MRI on his right clavicle. The team is hopeful he won't land on the disabled list.
