Dodgers | Rubby De La Rosa activated

The Los Angeles Dodgers activated SP Rubby De La Rosa (elbow) from the 60-day disabled list Tuesday, Aug. 21, and optioned RP Javy Guerra to Triple-A Albuquerque in a corresponding move. De La Rosa had pitched 12 scoreless innings at the lower levels of the minors during his rehab assignment.
