Twins | Liam Hendriks to be recalled, start

The Minnesota Twins have recalled SP Liam Hendriks from Triple-A Rochester to make the start against the Oakland Athletics Wednesday, Aug. 22. Hendriks will start in place of SP Nick Blackburn, who was outrighted Monday, Aug. 20. Hendriks had a 2.20 ERA in 16 starts with Rochester, and he's struck out 82 and walked 28 in 106 1/3 innings.
