Philadelphia Phillies 3B Placido Polanco (back) went 3-for-5 with three runs scored and an RBI in a rehab game for Class A Clearwater Friday, Aug. 17, while serving as the designated hitter. He remains on track to be activated from the disabled list Monday, Aug. 20.
