Orioles | Troy Patton to DL

The Baltimore Orioles placed RP Troy Patton (ankle) on the 15-day disabled list Tuesday, Aug. 14, and recalled P Steven Johnson in a corresponding move to pitch in relief. X-rays on Patton's ankle were negative, but he is wearing a walking boot and has to use crutches for long distances. Patton is expected to be ready to return when eligible Aug. 28.
