Phillies | Vance Worley won't be shut down

The Philadelphia Phillies have no plans to shut down SP Vance Worley (elbow) even though he continues to pitch with a bone chip in his right elbow. He is 2-3 with a 5.73 ERA in eight starts since the end of June. The team doesn't think he'll need the whole offseason to recover from a procedure to remove the bone chip.
