Mets | Johan Santana will not be shut down

New York Mets manager Terry Collins said the team doesn't plan on ending SP Johan Santana's season early despite his rough first outing back from the disabled list Saturday, Aug. 11, in which he allowed eight runs in 1 1/3 innings.
