Lions | Several players not expected to play in preseason game

Detroit Lions RBs Jahvid Best (concussion) and Mikel Leshoure (hamstring), WR Ryan Broyles (knee), DE Kyle Vanden Bosch (knee) and FS Don Carey (undisclosed) did not participate in practice Thursday, Aug. 9, and are not expected to play in the first preseason game Friday, Aug. 10.
