Buffalo Bills LB Arthur Moats has the edge right now over LB Kirk Morrison in the team's strongside linebacker competition. Although Moats will start in the preseason opener Thursday, Aug. 9, defensive coordinator Dave Wannstedt said both players will get equal reps in the game.
