Steelers | Ramon Foster to start Thursday

Pittsburgh Steelers OG Ramon Foster will make the start at left guard in the preseason debut Thursday, Aug. 9, against the Philadelphia Eagles with OG Willie Colon (ankle) ruled out by head coach Mike Tomlin.
