Seattle Seahawks WR Sidney Rice (shoulder, concussion) vows to be ready for the regular season opener. "I'm playing in the Cardinal game," Rice said Wednesday, Aug. 8. "My plan is to be out there September 9 versus the Cardinals in Arizona." Rice has been practicing with a red non-contact jersey.
