Phillies | Not considering shutting down Roy Halladay

Philadelphia Phillies manager Charlie Manuel said the team is not considering shutting down SP Roy Halladay for the rest of the season since the team likely will not make the playoffs and he is coming off a lat injury. Pitching coach Rich Dubee said he will use these last two months to get Halladay back into form and break him from some bad habits.
