Rockies | Todd Helton placed on DL

Updating a previous report, the Colorado Rockies have placed 1B Todd Helton (hip) on the 15-day disabled list with a torn labrum in his hip. In a corresponding move, the team has activated 2B Chris Nelson (heart) from the 15-day disabled list.
