Diamondbacks | Checked in on several SPs before deadline
The Arizona Diamondbacks checked in on the availability of Chicago Cubs SP Matt Garza and Tampa Bay Rays SP James Shields before the trade deadline. It is also believed they checked in with the Boston Red Sox about SPs Josh Beckett and Jon Lester.
