Blue Jays | Two recalled

The Toronto Blue Jays have recalled RP Jesse Chavez and INF Adeiny Hechavarria from Triple-A Las Vegas. In corresponding moves, the team optioned SP Brett Cecil and designated RP Drew Carpenter for assignment.
