Twins | Trevor Plouffe not with team

Minnesota Twins SS Trevor Plouffe (thumb) is not with the team as they play the Boston Red Sox this week, but he's eligible to return Sunday, Aug. 5, and there is a chance he'll do so. There is also a chance he'll need a rehab assignment, but the team will wait to make a decision on that.
