Athletics | Dan Straily to make debut Friday

Updating a previous report, Oakland Athletics SP Dan Straily will make his major league debut against the Toronto Blue Jays Friday, Aug. 3. Straily was 8-6 with a 2.60 ERA with just 97 hits and 37 walks in 22 starts with Class AA and AAA this year. SP Travis Blackley will likely move into a long-relief role in the bullpen.
