Braves | Jair Jurrjens demoted to bullpen

The Atlanta Braves have demoted P Jair Jurrjens from the starting rotation to the bullpen. Manager Fredi Gonzalez said P Kris Medlen will fill his spot in the rotation against the Miami Marlins Tuesday, July 31, and is expected to throw 65-70 pitches.
