Phillies | Three expected to see time at 3B

Philadelphia Phillies manager Charlie Manuel said 2B Mike Fontenot, 3B Ty Wigginton and INF Kevin Frandsen will see time at third base while 3B Placido Polanco (back) is out of the lineup.
