Twins | Anthony Swarzak to the DL

The Minnesota Twins placed SP Anthony Swarzak (shoulder) on the disabled list with a mild rotator cuff strain Thursday, July 26, and recalled RP Luis Perdomo from Triple-A Rochester in a corresponding move. SP Carl Pavano (shoulder) was moved to the 60-day DL.
