Braves | Tommy Hanson wins despite seven walks, seven steals
Atlanta Braves SP Tommy Hanson allowed one earned run, three hits and a career-high seven walks with seven strikeouts over five innings Wednesday, July 25, in a win against the Miami Marlins. The Marlins also swiped seven bases against he and C Brian McCann. The last pitcher to walk seven and allow seven steals and win was SP Randy Johnson, then of the Seattle Mariners, July 29, 1989. Johnson allowed seven walks with eight steals in that victory.
