Baltimore Ravens C Matt Birk (legs) said Tuesday, July 24, that he feels optimistic that his legs won't be a hindrance for him during the upcoming season. Birk had surgery to repair varicose veins in his legs during the offseason. Birk was among a limited group of players to practice Tuesday.
