Mets | Won't become sellers

New York Mets general manager Sandy Alderson said the team is unlikely to become sellers before the July 31 non-waiver trade deadline. However, they're also unlikely to become aggressive buyers this year, and there is a good chance that they won't make any major moves. Alderson thinks it may be more beneficial to hang onto OF Scott Hairston and RP Tim Byrdak.
