Athletics | Brandon McCarthy feels fine after pen session

Oakland Athletics SP Brandon McCarthy (shoulder) was able to throw 40-plus pitches in a bullpen session Saturday, July 21. He reported feeling fine Sunday, July 22. The next step in his rehab will be a three-inning simulated game at the team's spring facility in Arizona sometime this week.
