Padres | Eric Stults activated from disabled list

The San Diego Padres have activated SP Eric Stults (lat) from the 15-day disabled list. He had been originally scheduled to make a rehab start for Triple-A Tucson Sunday, July 22. In a corresponding move, P Nick Vincent has been optioned to Tucson.
