Updating a previous report, San Diego Padres OF Cameron Maybin (wrist) might not play in the three-game series this weekend against the Colorado Rockies due to his nagging right wrist. He has already missed three straight games after sitting Friday, July 20. "You might not see him swing a bat for a few days," manager Bud Black said. "He's a little better (Friday), but it will probably be a couple of days until you see him."
