Colorado Rockies 1B Todd Helton (hip) will play for the team's Rookie League team Friday, July 20, and Saturday, July 21, and he could return to the team Tuesday, July 24. "I took swings today and everything felt good, so I don't anticipate there being any problems," Helton said.
