Colts | Confident Andrew Luck will be in camp on time

Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay said again that the team's contract negotiations with QB Andrew Luck are close to completion. Irsay is confident Luck will be at training camp on time. "He'll be in camp, there is no question that he'll be signed in time," Irsay said. "We'll be talking this week, and we are talking, and there's no question that he'll be signed for the beginning of training camp and ready to go. No doubt about it. We've been close, and I think we'll be able to accomplish the final couple details, and it's going to get done. No doubt about it."
