Cincinnati Bengals WR Jordan Shipley (knee) figures to be near 100 percent for the start of training camp after seeing limited work during organized team activities (OTAs). He is making his way back from a serious knee injury. Shipley is considered the favorite for the No. 3 receiver job at this point.
