Rockies | Josh Rutledge forced to borrow gear

Colorado Rockies SS Josh Rutledge, promoted from Double-A Tulsa, made it to the majors, but his gear did not arrive before the game Friday, July 13. He borrowed shoes from OF Carlos Gonzalez, and an older glove and several bats from SS Troy Tulowitzki. He went 2-for-2 with a double, walk, stolen base and two RBIs in his debut.
