Jaguars | Josh Scobee not likely to get long-term deal

Jacksonville Jaguars PK Josh Scobee is not expected to receive a long-term deal, and the dialogue in long-term contract talks hasn't changed much. The team used the franchise tag on him this year, and they very well could do it again in 2013.
