Angels | Garrett Richards might start Tuesday

The Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim optioned P Brad Mills to Triple-A Salt Lake Friday, July 13, taking him out of the running to start Tuesday, July 17. SP Garrett Richards is a possibility to fill the rotation spot for the injured SP Dan Haren (back).
