Cardinals | Lance Berkman expected to come off DL during road trip

The St. Louis Cardinals are expected to activate 1B Lance Berkman (knee) from the 15-day disabled list at some point during their six-game road trip. The team will increase Berkman's on-field activities Friday, July 13, to see if he can handle the workload. If he is able to handle it, the team will make day-to-day evaluations on him.
