Indians | MLBPA considering grievance against team
The Major League Baseball Players Association is considering filing a grievance over the Cleveland Indians' handling of injured RP Nick Hagadone (hand), who was placed on the minor league disqualified list Sunday, July 8. Following his last outing with the team Friday, July 10, Hagadone suffered a "self-inflicted" injury to his pitching hand, according to general manager Chris Antonetti, as the pitcher reacted in anger to a poor outing. He was optioned to Triple-A Columbus following that outing.
