Seattle Mariners manager Eric Wedge has not established the team's starting rotation coming out of the All-Star break but said SP Kevin Millwood will likely pitch against the Texas Rangers Friday, July 13. The date of SP Felix Hernandez's next start could depend on how he is used in the All-Star Game.
