Los Angeles Dodgers SP Ted Lilly (shoulder) is not yet ready to throw from a mound, although he is throwing pitches off flat ground. "He's at the point of building arm strength," manager Don Mattingly said Friday, July 9. "He's been wanting to get on the mound, but we're not there."
