Dolphins | McDuffie Suit Finally Filed

The Miami Herald reports former Miami Dolphins WR O.J. McDuffie filed a complaint in a Miami court on Friday accusing former and current team physicians of malpractice and gross negligence in the treatment of McDuffie's 1999 left big toe injury. The suit could eventually include other current and former members of the Dolphins staff, such as former coach Jimmy Johnson.
