Cleveland Indians 2B Jason Kipnis was left off the American League All-Star team roster, which was announced Sunday, July 1. It was more due to tremendous depth at the position than anything he did wrong. "I'm sad Jason isn't going to have an opportunity to make it," manager Manny Acta said. "In his case, having so many great (2B) in the American League hurt him."
