Indians | Carlos Santana will try to hit Monday

Cleveland Indians C Carlos Santana (back, ribs) missed all four games against the Baltimore Orioles over the weekend with a sore back and sore right rib cage. However, manager Manny Acta said Sunday, July 1, that Santana will attempt to hit on the field Monday, July 2, and if he does so, he will play Monday.
